Announcement on Appointment to Visit Nantong Qunying Pavilion In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the general public and better meet the needs of the audience, Nantong Qunying Pavilion decided to open to the public in an orderly manner from July 6, 20021. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Opening hours

Every Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00- 17:00( 16:00 closed). It is closed on Mondays, except for national holidays.

Second, the way to visit

In order to effectively strengthen the protection of historical buildings and create a safe and orderly visiting environment, Nantong Qunying Pavilion implements an appointment visiting system.

(1) Personal Access

Individuals who visit the exhibition hall must book online. Please go to the service desk of the General Preface Hall of Nantong Qunying Museum according to the appointment time, and make a QR code to cancel the appointment. (Online booking method: enter the official WeChat account of "Catch the River and Catch the Sea and Tour Nantong" and click "Online Booking"-"Venue Booking"-"Nantong Qunying Pavilion" to make an appointment immediately).

(2) Group visits

If visitors from enterprises, institutions, schools, travel agencies and other groups come to visit our library, please make an appointment by phone three days in advance, and tell us the visiting time, number of people and other related news. Our library will determine the specific visit time according to the arrangement.

After the reservation is successful, the group audience must go to the service desk of the General Preface Hall of the Modern Museum of Nantong Qunying Museum to confirm the reservation information before entering the museum.

If the appointment time exceeds 20 minutes, it will be considered as cancellation.

(3) Interpretation service

In order to give full play to the social service function of Qunying Pavilion, our library provides free regular explanation service and voice tour guide service. Regular explanation time: 9: 30 am; 14:30 pm (Tuesday to Sunday). Meeting place: at the entrance of the General Preface Hall of Modern Museum (south entrance of Nantong Qunying Museum).

Iii. Description of the visit

(1) Our library implements the real-name registration system for visitors. Visitors should show their itinerary code, health code and ID card when entering the museum, and cooperate with the staff to take their temperature. After the security check, you can enter the museum only if there is nothing unusual. People whose body temperature is above 37.3℃ (including 37.3℃) or who don't wear masks or cooperate are not allowed to visit.

(2) Smoking is prohibited in the museum. Please do not touch the display cases and exhibits. Please do not enter the enclosed area. Please don't use flash, tripod, selfie stick and other professional equipment to take pictures in the exhibition hall; It is forbidden to bring pets, bulky items and inflammable and explosive dangerous goods into the library.

(3) Minors, people without civil capacity and people with mobility difficulties must be accompanied by guardians during the whole visit to ensure safety; Civilized visit, no indecent behavior, disheveled.

Recruitment requirements of volunteers in Nantong Qunying Pavilion

Personal registration

1, 22-62 years old, good-looking, articulate;

2. Have a bachelor's degree or above at home and abroad recognized by the Ministry of Education;

3. Standard Mandarin, fluent oral expression, and foreign language speaking is preferred;

4, caring, enterprising, persevering, good at expression, and interested in social service;

5, physical and mental health, with the physical and psychological qualities required for this position, can withstand certain work pressure;

6. Living, working and studying in Nantong for a long time, regardless of nationality, can volunteer once a week, with no less than 3 hours each time, no less than 12 hours per month and no less than 144 hours per year;

7. Abide by the rules and regulations of our library.

Team registration

1. Accept team registration of enterprises and institutions. Registration conditions refer to individual registration items, and the team leader will send a team introduction email to the designated mailbox;

2. Accept the team registration of college students, aged 18-22. Other conditions refer to individual registration items other than academic qualifications, and the responsible teacher will send the registration email to the designated mailbox.

Service post

1. Exhibition hall services: including maintaining the order of visits in the museum, assisting the information desk and security inspection, guiding visits in the exhibition hall, taking photos, editing text, etc.

2. Exhibition hall explanation: responsible for the explanation service in the museum. (This position needs to be explained and assessed by the museum) The service duration shall be based on the service record of Nantong Qunying Pavilion, and effective explanation sessions shall be designated or arranged for Nantong Qunying Pavilion.

Note: The above posts are not fixed and unique, and volunteers should obey the post arrangement and adjustment of the museum.

Registration process

3. Participate in pre-job training after passing the interview and become a formal volunteer after passing the examination.

Employment process

The library will issue Nantong Qunying Library Volunteer Work Permit to those who pass the examination. Volunteers wear work permits, and the working hours are decided by themselves and the service department through consultation.
