37 public institutions including Hangzhou Xiayan Middle School affiliated to Jianggan District Education Bureau openly recruited 164 teachers due to work needs. In accordance with the "Implementation Measures of the Hangzhou Municipal Personnel Bureau for Implementing the National Ministry of Personnel's "Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions" (Hangzhou Renzheng [2006] No. 5), the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1 , Recruitment unit situation

The 37 units participating in the open recruitment this time are all financial subsidy institutions, and the recruited personnel are included in the financial subsidy establishment establishment.

2. Recruitment positions, scope and conditions

(1) Recruitment positions, scope and objects

For details, please refer to the "2010 Public Institutions Affiliated to the Jianggan District Education Bureau" Unified Recruitment Plan for December" (Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the "Plan").

"Fresh graduates" in the "Plan" refers to fresh graduates from full-time regular colleges and universities (2011 graduates, including 2010 graduates who are not yet employed), specifically including the following five categories of graduates: (1 ) Graduate students; (2) National key university graduates (first batch of college entrance examination admissions); (3) Provincial-level outstanding graduates from ordinary universities; (4) School-level outstanding graduates from ordinary universities in Zhejiang Province; (5) Hangzhou City District (excluding Xiaoshan and Yuhang District, the same below) students are graduates.

"In-service teachers" in the "Plan" refer to on-the-job public teachers or in-service teachers with a registered permanent residence in Hangzhou, who have been in service for one year or more.

(2) Recruitment conditions

1. Abide by laws and regulations, love education, and have good professional ethics;

2. Possess the required qualifications, vocational (practice) qualifications and skill requirements for the position;

2011 general college graduates applying for teaching positions are not required to provide teacher qualification certificates and Mandarin level certificates, but non-normal degree certificates Junior college graduates (excluding graduates from national key universities) who apply for the position of cultural teachers must present a qualified transcript of education and psychology issued by the Provincial Teacher Qualification Certification Guidance Center and the applicable Mandarin grade certificate (applying for Chinese language teachers) Class A and above are required, and other teachers require Class B and above).

Other personnel applying for teaching positions must possess applicable teacher qualification certificates and Putonghua proficiency certificates.

3. Have the academic qualifications, professional, professional and technical titles and qualifications required by the position;

4. Good health, under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1976), and those with deputy senior or above professional titles can be relaxed to about 40 years old;

5. In-service teachers whose work units are not in Hangzhou city apply for teaching positions, they must meet one of the following conditions: (1) Excellent teachers with intermediate or above professional titles and comprehensive honors at the county level or above; (2) Graduate degree and have Master's degree or above; (3) Separation of husband and wife; (4) Transfer with the military.

6. Have other qualifications required for the recruitment position.

3. Registration

Registration for this open recruitment will be conducted by on-site registration.

1. Registration time: December 19th to 20th, 2010 (8:30-11:00 am, 13:30-16:30 pm).

2. Registration location: each recruitment unit (see attachment 1).

3. Registration method: Bring the required materials for registration (see Appendix 2 "List of Materials Required for Registration") to the recruiting unit to register on-site within the specified time. In windy and snowy weather, please be safe.

4. In-service teachers must obtain the seal and approval of their original unit in advance. Non-employed teachers are required to provide labor contracts and social insurance certificates.

5. Each applicant is limited to one position, and an "Admission Ticket" will be issued after review and approval.

IV. Adjustment of registration

After the registration ends on December 20, 2010, the registration status of each position will be announced on the Hangzhou Education Metropolitan Area Network (www.hzedu.net) on the 22nd. Applicants can adjust the registration or make up the registration accordingly on December 24. Those who adjust the registration must first apply to the original applicant unit to return the application materials and then register with the new unit.

For positions where the number of applicants is still less than three times the recruitment plan after adjusting the registration, in principle, the examination will not be held or the recruitment plan will be reduced as appropriate. For individual urgently needed positions and other special positions, the position will be approved with the approval of the supervisor. Exam begins. On December 27, 2010, the latest registration status and canceled exam positions were announced on the Hangzhou Education Metropolitan Area Network. Those who have registered for positions whose exams have been canceled can apply for other positions that have been confirmed to start exams on December 29, 2010.

5. Exam

The exam includes a written test and an interview. The written test and interview scores each account for 50% of the total score.

1. Written test

There is one written test subject. The test content for the teacher position is the professional knowledge and teaching materials and teaching methods related to the position to be applied for. The test content for other positions is the professional knowledge related to the position to be applied for. The written examination time is 9:00-11:00 am on January 9, 2011. The location of the written examination is Hangzhou Caihe Experimental School (south of the District Government, No. 1, Qingchun East Road). Candidates must take the written examination with their admission ticket and ID card (both ID cards are indispensable).

This exam does not specify an exam syllabus or reference book, nor does it hold or authorize or entrust any unit to hold any form of training course.

2. Interview

After the written test, candidates for the interview will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 in the recruitment plan based on the written test scores from high to low. The district education bureau is responsible for organizing and implementing the interview. Please refer to the "Interview Notice" for details of the interview method, time and location.

The interview score is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. After the interview, among those who pass the interview, the written test and interview scores will each be converted into a total score at a ratio of 50%. From high scores to low scores, the physical examination objects will be determined in a ratio of 1:1.

6. Physical examination and assessment

The district education bureau is responsible for organizing and implementing the physical examination and assessment. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards and Operating Procedures for Teacher Qualification Certification in Zhejiang Province" and students shall bear their own expenses. If the student fails the physical examination or assessment, upon application by the school and the approval of the urban education bureau, he or she can be replaced one after another. Please refer to the "Physical Examination Notice" and "Proposed Employment Assessment Form" for the time and location of the physical examination and assessment.

7. Announcement and Recruitment

The recruiting unit will determine the candidates to be hired based on the results of examinations, physical examinations and assessments. The list of candidates to be recruited is on the Hangzhou Education Metropolitan Area Network and Jianggan Education Metropolitan Area Network. It will be announced internally by the recruiting unit for seven days. If there is no objection during the publicity period, after the publicity is over, the employment procedures will be completed in accordance with the regulations and an employment contract (including the probation period) will be signed.

If the personnel to be hired fail to register after the deadline, or are found not to meet the application requirements, or if the fresh graduates cannot obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate before August 31, 2011, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.

If a 2011 general college graduate cannot obtain an applicable teacher qualification certificate within one year after being hired, the employment relationship will be terminated.
