(4) Having the professional or skill conditions required for the post, and the professional required for the post shall be subject to the professional guidance catalogue for civil servants employed in the examination of Hunan Province 202 1.

Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not participate in the registration:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who have not been dismissed from party discipline or political discipline or are under investigation;

3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. In the open recruitment of institutions of all levels and types, due to violation of the "Regulations on the Handling of Disciplinary Actions in Open Recruitment of Institutions", people who are recorded in the integrity files of candidates in open recruitment of institutions and whose recording period is not full;

5. Persons in other circumstances who belong to the staff of public institutions shall not be employed according to law.
