Obtain examination materials of public institutions

Participants in qualification examination need to prepare two registration information forms, the original and photocopy of ID card 1 copy, graduation certificate 1 copy, and other certificates and certificates related to qualification examination 1 copy. On-the-job applicants in the establishment shall provide written consent certificate from the competent department or work unit according to the personnel management authority.
