Second, the scope and conditions of recruitment
1, with China nationality;

4. Have the physical conditions required for the post;
5. Graduates of full-time colleges and universities (including scientific research institutes) with bachelor's degree or above in normal schools this year (20 14) and during the dispatch period (20 12, 20 13) and obtained corresponding degrees.
6. Other conditions that meet the requirements of applying for the position.
On-the-job personnel (including those who have signed the employment agreement) must obtain the consent of their units (employment agreement units). Directional training for fresh graduates must obtain the consent of the directional training unit. Persons who have received criminal punishment and been dismissed from public office, those who have been found by the recruitment (employment) authorities to have serious violations of discipline and discipline in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions, active personnel and those who are not allowed to be employed by law are not allowed to apply for the exam. Third, the recruitment process
Recruitment is carried out according to procedures such as registration, qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical examination, assessment and publicity.
(1) Registration

2. Registration place: Culture and Education Department of Zibo High-tech Zone Local Bureau (Baoshan Ecological Science and Technology Park, north of the intersection of Lutai Avenue and Baoshan Road).
3. The written examination fee is 40 yuan per person, and applicants from urban families and rural absolutely poor families who enjoy the national minimum living allowance are exempt from the written examination fee.
After the registration, the number of applicants for the recruitment position is less than 3 times that of the recruitment plan, and if it is planned to recruit 1 person, the recruitment plan will be cancelled; If you plan to recruit 2 or more people, the recruitment plan will be reduced accordingly.
(2) Qualification examination
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. After the written examination, the recruitment department will conduct a strict qualification examination for the candidates who enter the interview scope. Those who fail to meet the recruitment requirements after examination will be disqualified from the interview. Vacancies caused by automatic waiver or disqualification shall be filled in turn according to the written test results.
(3) written examination

The contents of the written test are pedagogy, educational psychology and public basic knowledge.
The written test does not specify teaching materials, and it is conducted in the form of closed book, unified proposition, unified examination and unified marking.
The minimum qualified score line of written test shall be determined by the competent recruitment department according to the number of applicants and the examination situation.
According to the recruitment plan and written test scores from high to low, the interviewer is determined in turn according to the ratio of 1: 3. (4) Interview
The interview is conducted by means of educational and teaching ability test and skill test.
1, education and teaching ability test
The ability test of education and teaching mainly examines the basic qualities of education and teaching such as teaching design, teaching ability, teaching basic skills, teaching ideas and professional knowledge. The teaching ability test takes the form of on-site teaching, and the time does not exceed 15 minutes, using the current textbooks of ordinary primary schools and middle schools in Zibo.
2. Skills test
Candidates majoring in music, physical education, fine arts and information technology are required to take skills tests in addition to the education and teaching ability tests (skills tests account for 40% of the interview results, and education and teaching ability tests account for 60% of the interview results).
3. The interview scores of interviewers who do not reach the required proportion shall not be lower than the minimum score line, which is 65 points.
4. According to the standards approved by the price department, the interview fee is 70 yuan per person. Applicants from urban families and rural absolutely poor families who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee are free of charge.
(5) Examination and physical examination
After the interview, the total score will be determined according to the proportion of 40% written test results and 60% interview results. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. Personnel within the examination scope are determined according to the total score from high to low, and when the total score is the same, they are determined according to the interview score from high to low. The total test scores of applicants and the list of those who entered the test scope were published on China Teachers' Examination Network and Zibo High-tech Zone Human Resources Network.
The assessment mainly focuses on the candidate's ideological and political, moral quality, and whether there are violations of law and discipline.
Physical examination is conducted in general hospitals at or above the county level, and the physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the health standards of primary and secondary school teachers. Unless otherwise stipulated by the state, such provisions shall prevail.
If the medical examination is unqualified or for other reasons, the replacement object shall be determined according to the total score from high to low. Those who fail to participate in the physical examination and assessment as required shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
(6) Publicity and admission
Those who pass the examination and physical examination will be publicized for 7 working days on the Zhonggong Teacher Examination Network and the High-tech Zone Human Resources Network.
Newly hired personnel are deployed according to the professional requirements of high-tech zone schools. According to the regulations, the probation period for newly hired personnel is 6 months. If you are a new employee, the probation period is 12 months. The probation period is included in the labor contract. After the expiration, those who are qualified will continue to be employed, and those who are unqualified will terminate the employment contract. The salary of the employed personnel shall be implemented according to the provisions of national policies.
Fourth, recruitment discipline.
