Countermeasures for fire safety in construction site of building engineering 3. 1 Establish and improve fire management system and implement fire safety responsibility system. The construction unit and the construction unit shall be responsible for the fire safety of the construction site in accordance with Article 12 of Order 6 1 issued by the Ministry of Public Security. The general contractor shall be responsible for the implementation of the general construction contract. (3) The construction unit shall formulate a fire fighting and evacuation plan and a reward and punishment system, organize personnel to conduct regular fire drills, enhance their ability to deal with fire accidents, reward those who care about and contribute to fire control work, and punish those who fail to perform their duties. 3.2 Strengthen the management of the construction team and fire safety training. Article 21 of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) clearly stipulates that smoking and the use of naked flames are prohibited in places with fire and explosion hazards. When there is no fire water source around, outdoor fire hydrants should be set up to ensure sufficient water source. 3.4 Strengthen the supervision and inspection of construction sites and interior decoration engineering construction sites. Public security fire control institutions shall, when the construction unit submits for approval, timely supervise the fire safety status of its construction site. During the inspection, it is important to check whether the construction unit has gone through the relevant procedures, whether the construction unit has the corresponding construction qualification and basic safety technical quality, whether the construction contract procedures signed by Party A and Party B are complete, and whether the fire safety measures and responsibilities are clearly implemented; Whether the fire safety management on the construction site is strict, whether the fire escape is smooth, whether there are fire hazards and illegal use of fire and electricity on the site.
