1. Basic requirements: China nationality, love of higher education, law-abiding, good conduct, no criminal record, good team spirit, physical conditions necessary for normal performance of job responsibilities and specific qualifications specified in recruitment positions. 2. Education requirements: graduate degree, master's degree or above in general higher education, and doctoral degree is preferred.
