Six, steel structure corridor production and installation construction method

1, fabrication of steel structure corridor:

(1) The steel selected for this structure must have the factory certificate and original data, and the steel entering the site can only be used after passing the second interview.

(2) Select processing equipment with good performance and full functions.

(3) covered electrode should have the factory certificate or material report, requiring covered electrode to dry in a drying oven before use, and the welding wire and flux selected for submerged arc welding must match the parent metal used.

(4) After the fabrication of steel members is completed, shot blasting and derusting shall be carried out, and primer shall be painted and sprayed within 24 hours after derusting, so as to ensure that the film thickness of paint meets the design requirements.

(5) All operators must strictly carry out technical, quality and safety disclosure, and require welding personnel to hold relevant certificates.

(6) The butt weld of this steel structure needs ultrasonic flaw detection, and the detection level is Grade II.

(7) In order to improve the accuracy of hole-making, the steel structure adopts drilling mould to make holes. The drill bit shall be made of medium carbon steel and quenched. The diameter of the inner hole of the drill bit should be 0.3 mm larger than the designed hole diameter, and the thickness of the drill bit should not be too large, generally about 15 mm. ..

(8) In order to ensure the production accuracy, the shrinkage of steel members should be pre-released, and the pre-release amount depends on the size of the workpiece. Generally, the workpiece is 40-60mm, and the important large and long workpiece should be pre-placed at 80-100 mm.

(9) It is very important to make a reasonable welding sequence. When several kinds of welds are to be welded, the transverse weld with large shrinkage deformation should be welded first, then the longitudinal weld, or the butt weld and then the fillet weld.

(10) The main weld of welded steel shall be welded before assembling the stiffening rib parts. The welding sequence of main welds shall be staggered according to the requirements of post-weld deformation.

2. Installation of steel structure corridor:

(1) The steel structure hoisting process shall strictly comply with GB 50205-95 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Steel Structures and GB 5022 1-95 Standard for Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Steel Structure Engineering.

(2) Before construction, the longitudinal and transverse axes, horizontal elevation, overall dimensions and welding quality of steel members must be rechecked, and the construction can only be started if they are qualified.

5. Profile welding: mainly control welding temperature, clamping pressure, melting pressure, butt pressure, melting time and butt time.

9. Glass assembly: It is recommended to grind the glass to prevent it from being broken during manufacture, transportation and use. The ambient temperature for glass installation should be 15? C glass blocks must be added to the above glass installation, and the glass shall not be in direct contact with the frame and fan; The blanking length of glass beads should be accurate, and the fillet joint should be ≤1mm.

10. Installation of window frames: the position of the fixed points of window frames is a = 150 ~ 200mm, which is away from the corner of doors and windows, the middle mullion and the middle transverse frame, and the distance between the fixed points is l≤600mm. Fixtures (expansion bolts) shall not be directly installed at the ends of intermediate transverse frames or intermediate vertical frames. There should be a gap of 10mm between the window frame and the attached frame, and the gap between the window frame and the attached frame should be tightly sealed with styrofoam to ensure the thermal insulation performance of the plastic-steel window, and it can freely expand and contract when the temperature changes. When fixing the lower frame, the fixing parts should be installed as far as possible to reduce the risk of water leakage.

Eight, safety construction measures
