The spread of baking also has great limitations. Another point is that the baked goods bought outside are too sweet, which is why many people don't like it. The last point is the price. If it exceeds the purchasing power level, the produced varieties are difficult to be consumed. Because the raw materials used are different, the cost of baking is also different. Domestic raw materials are relatively cheap, but the taste is also very general. This is not worshipping foreign things but seeking truth from facts.
Finally, the baking industry is now a big fish in the first-tier cities. In eat small fish, there is no food in the light rain. And there are more and more people studying home baking in first-tier cities. Even a chain bakery, some stores make money, and some stores lose money. But if you open a shop in a big city, there is almost no possibility of making money, because almost all the good lots have been taken away, and the rent of good lots may become a heavy burden. In fact, big cities can't say that they can't open baking shops. They just need to change their strategy, open a small bakery first, with a scale of less than 10 square meter, and the varieties they produce should not be refined. It's best not to have more than three varieties, one that you are best at, one that is most popular, and one that can make use of surplus raw materials. This will not only reduce costs, but also increase the number of customers to a greater extent.
