The production process of blister packaging mainly includes: product design, mold making, production skills, punching and trimming, inspection and delivery. 1. plastic packaging box design: design is a personalized thing, and plastic packaging boxes need to be designed according to the characteristics of products. At this stage, packaging is mainly to show, promote sales, attract consumers' attention and stimulate purchases.

2. Mold making: Mold making is to make molds according to design drawings or physical objects, and at the same time, we need to pay attention to the placement angle of items during the production process.

4. Then, after the mold is completely treated and dried, the mold is installed on the upper iron plate of the vacuum chamber, and the plastic sheet is put into a proper size according to the size of the mold, and then the sheet is completely fixed in a heated wooden cabinet, and then the wooden cabinet and the plastic sheet are put into a constant temperature furnace for softening treatment.

Secondly, put the softened plastic board together with the wooden cabinet into the vacuum chamber, and start the air extraction switch to suck the air in the vacuum chamber. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave packaging or process mold as the mold can be obtained.
