Requirements and precautions for part-time jobs for Starbucks students

Basic requirements for part-time jobs with hourly wages while in school: currently studying. Must be reading.

Job responsibilities: daily operations of the store (mainly based on shift arrangements)

Go to the store to find the store manager, who will ask you to fill in a resume form.

You will be interviewed afterwards.

The interview mainly depends on your service awareness, communication skills and learning ability.

Service awareness is very important and related to the entire work process.

Communication skills are very important when dealing with all types of customers, especially when handling customer complaints. It is better to speak English.

You must have strong learning ability. After joining the company, you will have to memorize a large number of standard systems, and you will be assessed regularly.

As for identification, a normal ID card is sufficient. If you are working part-time at school, a student ID card is required.

The store manager will also ask if you have a health certificate. This is a must. If not, the store manager will ask you to apply if there are no problems in passing the interview.
