Qingyuan Street Xingkang Home Community is bounded by Xingtai Road in the east, Xingwang Road in the west, Zaoyuan Road in the south and Kangzhuang Road in the north. The community area is 0.096 square kilometers. The community is managed by the Xingkang Home Project Service Department of Beijing Beiyu Property Service Company. It has 11 residential buildings with a designed number of 2,220 households and a total of 1,600 permanent households. Xingkangjiayuan Community Neighborhood Committee is located in Building 14, No. 52 Yard, Xingkangjiayuan, Daxing District. It was established in 2012.

Our community has established a residents’ committee in December 2003 and implemented autonomy. Buildings 1 to 20 of Zaoyuan Dongli Community were built successively from 1997 to 2006.
