There are several technical secondary schools in Shuyang.

Five schools, namely, Shuyang Hongxing Secondary School, Shuyang Secondary School, Shuyang Technical School, Suqian Higher Vocational and Technical School of Economy and Trade, and Sucheng Secondary School.

1. Shuyang Hongxing Secondary School: Shuyang Hongxing Secondary School is a full-time secondary specialized school approved by the Municipal Education Bureau in April 2000. Students who have completed their studies and passed the examination will be issued with double certificates.

2. Shuyang Secondary Specialized School: Shuyang Secondary Specialized School (Shuyang Vocational Education Center) is the only public comprehensive school vocational school in Shuyang County that integrates pre-job education and post-job training.

3. Shuyang County Technical School: Shuyang County Technical School is an "advanced unit of vocational education in Jiangsu Province", which carries out primary, secondary and advanced vocational skills training while implementing academic education.

4. Suqian Economic and Trade Higher Vocational and Technical School: Suqian Economic and Trade Higher Vocational and Technical School is a modern comprehensive full-time public university with high starting point, high standards and high quality.

5. Sucheng Secondary Specialized School: Sucheng Secondary Specialized School was founded in 1986, and is now located in the main urban area of Suqian, next to Susu Industrial Park. It is a public general secondary specialized school integrating secondary education and vocational training.
