Different positions have different requirements.

Responsibilities of the person in charge of the laboratory:

1. Be fully responsible for laboratory technical work, review laboratory equipment purchase, calibration and metrological verification plans and organize their implementation;

2. Identify the deviation of test procedures and take measures to correct, prevent or reduce such deviation;

3. Be responsible for solving technical problems in inspection and reviewing the signing of new, complex or demanding inspection contracts;

4. Be responsible for the confirmation of standard methods and the review, verification and confirmation of new methods, organize the preparation of technical documents such as company inspection procedures and operating procedures, and be responsible for examination and approval;

5. Review and organize the implementation of the company's new projects, scientific research and development, technology introduction and technical improvement.

Requirements for the post of laboratory director:

Bachelor degree or above, major in environmental engineering/chemistry/health inspection/microbial inspection, etc.

Have experience in laboratory technical management, and conduct comprehensive technical guidance and management for all departments and specialties of the laboratory;

Serious and responsible, patient;

Familiar with the performance of analytical instruments and various analytical methods;

Can undertake the development of new projects and guide testers to carry out various analysis and testing work.

Staffing requirements

(a) generally should have a bachelor's degree or above.

(2) The person who intends to hold a leadership position in a management position above level 6 should generally have more than five years' work experience.

(3) Those who have been promoted from a deputy position in a management position to a principal position shall have at least two years' working experience as a deputy; A person who is promoted from a low-level chief to a high-level deputy shall have at least three years' working experience in a low-level chief.
