(My city is a third-tier city) I was encouraged by my family. After all, I can make a living by staying at home and improve my practical teaching ability.

The monthly income is basically maintenance expenses. Because there is no canteen in the school and it is far from home, you need to go to the restaurant or order takeout yourself. The fee is between 15 yuan and 30 yuan. Do it at home after work at night. This is about 600 yuan per month, and the transportation fee is 50 yuan per month. If you count the expenses of eating breakfast and dinner at home, you will basically use the income of 1.5 thousand. Small cities are also expensive.

There are many temporary teachers around me, but their quality is uneven. For example, some English teachers are not as good as me, my spoken English is not standard, but I can't grasp English grammar, and so on.

Some teachers are more professional, and some temporary teachers are students majoring in normal education. They have good professional quality and serious teaching, and they will take running as their own career. On the contrary, some temporary teachers in society are not responsible enough. Many professional teachers in normal universities are junior college students who have just graduated or studied after graduation. Their Mandarin is very standard. Of course, my Mandarin is not bad, but it is better than some old teachers. Compared with me, some junior college students are inferior to me in mathematics literacy, but their teaching methods and means are better than mine. After all, professional normal students have a lot of training at school.

Generally speaking, each has its own advantages. Everyone came to this school after an interview, and some of them have teaching experience. Not all temporary teachers are useless, and not all old teachers are perfect.

The reason for hiring temporary teachers is that some teachers are sick or pregnant, so they have the position of temporary teachers. Plus, there really can't be too many teachers editing. After all, school expenses are moderate. If there are too many teachers, the Education Bureau will not have so much financial support. However, the salaries of temporary teachers are very low. Cheap teachers can change jobs, and can also enhance the mobility of teachers and provide fresh blood for teachers. The number of temporary teachers has basically remained at a normal level.

Generally speaking, temporary teachers can get some training to improve their professional quality and teaching level, so we don't have to exclude temporary teachers. Temporary teachers and new teachers can be said to be at the same level, and what everyone lacks is mainly learning and practical experience.

Parents' reaction Many parents will know which teachers in the school are temporarily hired and which are long-term old teachers. It will spread all over the place in a short time, and even many students know your details. This is a very normal and natural thing. Just like temporary teachers, sometimes they are more or less discriminated against and influenced. Learn to grasp it by yourself.

Parents' reactions are natural and will be treated differently. But the contact time is short, so don't worry too much. Parents will also judge a teacher according to the teaching results, which is a long-term game. When some teachers have conflicts with their parents, temporary teachers may become a handle and are generally held hostage.
