I joined the workforce after graduating from an oil production technical school in 1990, and then studied marketing by correspondence in an adult technical secondary school. In his original unit, he started working in a small team in oil production and worked as a metering station manager for four years and a water injection team leader for two years. More than a year of pumping unit protection work. Irrigation technician for more than one year, etc. By the end of XX, I signed up to join the Third Oil Production Team of Tahe No. 1 Plant of the Northwest Branch.
After joining our team, I made three changes in myself based on the production methods and management models of Tahe Oilfield. The first is the clearing and refreshing of work achievements. The past can only be the past, and the future must be built step by step in new positions. When I first worked at the patrol station, I quickly started by accepting pressure and taking samples. Although the work was not complicated, it required the depth of self-investment in the work. Every time a well is patrolled, a preliminary judgment must be made based on the changes in pressure, temperature, and water content to achieve on-hole production with a clear plan in mind. In the next job, I will move to wells such as t913, tk315, and s70, and work for a longer time. It is the S72 well point and has gone through most of the process of completion, oil testing, and entry into production of four wells including S7201, T205, and S7203.
Second, it is the change of role. At first, I always thought that I was a foreign employee and I might be prejudiced. But when I saw that the leader was so friendly and had such a good working and cultural environment, my worries were completely eliminated. Gradually I strengthened my sense of ownership and began to actively participate. The civilized activities in the team and factory gave me a lot of encouragement. In addition, I squeezed out time between work and breaks to write propaganda articles. From January to December, I published 7 articles in the factory briefings and 9.5 articles in Northwest Petroleum News, Sinopec and Workers' Times. From a business point of view, among the eight times of team operation skills, there were three gold list titles in the fourth comprehensive team. In the insurance monthly inspection, our team won the first place individually. Won the first place in the "I will be safe, I want to be safe" report competition, and won the second place in the "Positive Pressure Respirator Inspection and Wearing" held by our team this month. Dear team leader, after this year of hardships, I am confident to be a good squad leader, and I have the following specific practices:
First of all, actively respond to the work of the leader Instruction and spirit, guided by the spirit of "fine, deep and precise" of the third oil production team, strive to achieve the oil production, production and other tasks assigned to the department.
Second, establish the idea of ??“safety first, prevention first”. Especially in this kind of high-pressure, high-sulfur, multi-equipment working environment, safety is the top priority. Without safety, production cannot be guaranteed, and without safety there can be no efficiency. Only with safety can there be a happy working atmosphere.
Third, effectively implement our factory’s “7s” management system and comprehensively improve on-site management.
Fourth, I believe that oil production jobs are not only on the ground, but also in the formation. With the development of oil fields, how to reduce the natural decline rate, how to protect the formation, how to control the water content recovery rate, and how to improve the ultimate recovery factor have become indisputable facts. Although there is nothing you can do as a squad leader, you must do your best.
Fifth, collect on-site materials. The materials for the team are basic materials. Only by collecting basic information can we provide a strong and accurate basis for the analysis and evaluation of oil wells and stratigraphic blocks in our oil reservoir room. Provide more reference for our team's next development. ,
Sixth, save production costs. Pay attention to major repairs and minor repairs, and measure the construction progress and quality of wells. On the one hand, it improves the opening time of wells, on the other hand, it improves the success rate of construction and reduces unnecessary work costs. At the same time, we control the cost of materials, establish a coordinated planning system for teams, and improve maintenance capabilities by repairing old materials and recycling them, so as to make the best use of materials.
Seventh, implement the five small measures of the team. That is, adjusting balance, controlling casing gas, adjusting parameters, adjusting working rail
and adjusting anti-rush distance. To achieve the production concept of fighting for every pound of oil. Eighth, strengthen the team's professional skills operation, improve themselves and the team's ability to respond to emergencies, and conduct drills on a regular basis. Be the best drill scene for our team and strive for the red flag team.
