The interview situation of Zhengzhou Yutong Heavy Industry, I want to apply there

I have applied for the order class of Yutong Heavy Industry. I will go there next year. When my father came to our school for recruitment, he said that the internship period was 550 yuan, including 400 yuan for living expenses and 150 yuan for accommodation subsidy.

There are 4 types of Yutong employees

1. Full-time employees have the highest salary and various labor protections

2. Interns "Now Yutong calls them dispatched students" Technical School Graduates are paid moderately and have no labor security such as three kinds of gold and silver.

3 Temporary workers "Yutong calls them dispatched workers" but I am afraid even I don’t know where they are dispatched from. The salary is low and there is no labor security such as three kinds of gold and gold.

4 Newly hired temporary workers will receive probationary wages for the first three months and then become official temporary workers for three months. During the year, there are high and low production levels. When the production is high, the working hours are more than 12 hours a day. When the production is low, in addition to regular work, you may be asked to stay at home, and of course you will not be given any salary.

Working hours are: Go to work at 8 am and get off work at 12:00 for lunch

In winter, you go to work at 1:00 pm and get off at 4:30 pm. In summer, you go to get off work at 1:30 pm and get off at 5:00 pm!

Wages are distributed either by time, by piece, or by day. There is no salary for holidays and no salary for taking leave (some people not only get no salary but also get deductions for taking leave)

Basically, you work overtime every day. When I’m free, I’m busy until 7pm or 8pm, but when I’m just giving birth at 10pm, I’m busy from 8am to 3am or 4am the next day. It’s normal! Those who have night shifts have an easier time. You can get off work at 12 or 1 o'clock in the evening! During the high-yield period, there are basically no double days off. Occasionally, it is very rare to take a single day off!

There is no negotiation for asking you to work overtime, either you will be fined or you will quit! There are many leaders, big and small, in the workshop. The superiors push down the subordinates and the subordinates flatter the superiors! In the workshop, the most important person is the workshop director, followed by the section leader, the squad leader, the stall manager, the master, and the squad leader. Basically, the stall manager leads the dozen or so people to work, but the junior workers, the masters, are basically the main force. They have experience in working and the quality and efficiency of the cars. Everything depends on these masters! Apprentices basically come from technical schools and work with their masters for a long time, and they become masters...

In addition, overtime pay is paid only once in January, three months before the Chinese New Year and the National Day. There is no such thing as once a month! In the summer, June, July and August, there are cooling fees. Some are 200 and some are 300. I don’t know if there will be overtime pay in the future. Cooling fees are only paid in the last 1.2 years. The salary is unstable. Maybe I will kick you out at some point. The contract is like a piece of paper. It was signed temporarily and urgently to cope with the inspection by superiors. The employees did not get the contract and it was kept by the factory! ! !

The work here is very intense and the hours are long, and I still feel angry!

Yutong may be able to take one day off in January. Some sections of the assembly line work more than 14 hours a day, painting and welding take more than 12 hours a day throughout the year, and parts production takes about 12 hours. The special modification of the fifth workshop is almost open year-round. , except 5.1 and 10.1 during the Chinese New Year. The trial production workshop lasts about 12 hours, and the trial delivery lasts about 16 hours. The above are front-line employees. Workshop director, deputy director, assistant director, workshop office, white-collar workers in the office building, financial center, 8-hour system. Additional overtime is added The annual salary is about 500, and the regular salary is about 1,000.

The monthly salary of front-line employees during the high-production period is 1,000-2,500. During the low-yield period, the price is 600-1500. Food and accommodation are at your own expense. Hazardous work types will be higher.

I have been studying here for two or three weeks. I had to sign a contract a few days ago. Like the technical school students here, I took a look. and what labor market. Everything in it is the responsibility and obligation of Party B (that is, the individual) and Party A has no responsibility or obligation at all. None of my classmates or I signed. Let's do this here first, and it is impossible to become a regular here. They asked the section chief here and said that there is no such thing as becoming a regular here. When we came, they said they would first put us in the oil and rust removal section (painting workshop). It was too swollen, the smell of gasoline was particularly unpleasant, and it was also corrosive to the body. My classmates asked about it, and they said we could only wait until after the Chinese New Year. Only then can the job be transferred. It feels very boring to live here. Day after day. Boring! When I came here, the labor service company said there were benefits. , although there are not as many as formal workers, but there are some. But the contract didn't mention it at all, and I heard that files can't be placed in Yutong after graduation.

It cannot be placed in a labor service company, it can only be placed in the talent market and you have to pay a management fee of 200 yuan every year. It feels like working here is the same as working in the south. You are paid for work, but the salary is quite high. The jobs my classmates are looking for now cost only 500 yuan, and most of them only pay for a meal at noon and do not care about housing. I can probably get around 1,300 yuan on January 1st in December (overtime pay is high during the busy season), and the food in the restaurant here is quite cheap and affordable. These two points make me feel a little relieved. . (The above are just my personal views and thoughts, there may be some that I don’t know)

The salary for junior college students starts at about 1,000, and may increase in the future, but it cannot be said to be a monthly salary, at least it should be With one and a half months' salary, you have to catch the bus at around 7 a.m., and when you get off work at 7 or 8 p.m., your colleagues will ask you, "You got off work so early today." Haha. . . Generally, the workload is about 11 to 12 hours a day! There are also weekends, but they are not enjoyed by employees in the production system (only non-production system personnel occasionally have weekends). The biggest wish of front-line employees is to have one day off every week, so thank God. There are three things to look forward to in a day: May Day, National Day, and Chinese New Year. Three rest days. . What a waste! ! ! !
