3 Temporary workers "Yutong calls them dispatched workers" but I am afraid even I don’t know where they are dispatched from. The salary is low and there is no labor security such as three kinds of gold and gold.

4 Newly hired temporary workers will receive probationary wages for the first three months and then become official temporary workers for three months. During the year, there are high and low production levels. When the production is high, the working hours are more than 12 hours a day. When the production is low, in addition to regular work, you may be asked to stay at home, and of course you will not be given any salary.

Working hours are: Go to work at 8 am and get off work at 12:00 for lunch

In winter, you go to work at 1:00 pm and get off at 4:30 pm. In summer, you go to get off work at 1:30 pm and get off at 5:00 pm!

Wages are distributed either by time, by piece, or by day. There is no salary for holidays and no salary for taking leave (some people not only get no salary but also get deductions for taking leave)

In the workshop, the most important person is the workshop director, followed by the section leader, the squad leader, the stall manager, the master, and the squad leader. Basically, the stall manager leads the dozen or so people to work, but the junior workers, the masters, are basically the main force. They have experience in working and the quality and efficiency of the cars. Everything depends on these masters! Apprentices basically come from technical schools and work with their masters for a long time, and they become masters...

In addition, overtime pay is paid only once in January, three months before the Chinese New Year and the National Day. There is no such thing as once a month! In the summer, June, July and August, there are cooling fees. Some are 200 and some are 300. I don’t know if there will be overtime pay in the future. Cooling fees are only paid in the last 1.2 years. The salary is unstable. Maybe I will kick you out at some point. The contract is like a piece of paper. The work here is very intense and the hours are long, and I still feel angry!

Yutong may be able to take one day off in January. Some sections of the assembly line work more than 14 hours a day, painting and welding take more than 12 hours a day throughout the year, and parts production takes about 12 hours. The special modification of the fifth workshop is almost open year-round. , except 5.1 and 10.1 during the Chinese New Year. The trial production workshop lasts about 12 hours, and the trial delivery lasts about 16 hours. The above are front-line employees. Workshop director, deputy director, assistant director, workshop office, white-collar workers in the office building, financial center, 8-hour system. Additional overtime is added The annual salary is about 500, and the regular salary is about 1,000.

The monthly salary of front-line employees during the high-production period is 1,000-2,500. During the low-yield period, the price is 600-1500. Food and accommodation are at your own expense. Hazardous work types will be higher.

I have been studying here for two or three weeks. I had to sign a contract a few days ago. Like the technical school students here, I took a look. and what labor market. The jobs my classmates are looking for now cost only 500 yuan, and most of them only pay for a meal at noon and do not care about housing. I can probably get around 1,300 yuan on January 1st in December (overtime pay is high during the busy season), and the food in the restaurant here is quite cheap and affordable.
