According to reports, Ningyuan Avenue is located in the northwest of Xichang City, starting from the reconstructed interchange ramp of Huang Lu Expressway and ending at the planned west extension line of Nanshan Tunnel and urban trunk roads, with a design speed of 60km/h and eight lanes in both directions. The total length of the road is 6732.954 meters, the red line is 66 meters wide, and there are 20 meters of green belts and asphalt concrete pavement on both sides.
