Can a person without faith take an examination of career preparation?

Legal analysis: if the credit information is black, you can't take an examination of institutions and civil servants.

Examination of civil servants and institutions will go through a "background check" stage. At this stage, the person in charge of recruitment will check the applicant's file information, including "social credit".

Legal basis: Article 24 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the following persons shall not be employed as civil servants:

(1) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office;

(three) there are other circumstances in which the law stipulates that it is not allowed to be employed as a civil servant.
