1. Company Profile

Shengmei Precision Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangsu Province Kunshan City, founded in 1996, has a factory area of ??30,000 square meters and a total investment of US$29.98 million. The business projects include mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, printing, assembly and painting, etc.; the main products are: photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, electric hand tools, notebook computer casings, internal urgent items, etc. Currently, there are more than 4,000 employees.

2. Requirements for workers

1. Non-Kunshan residents are required to hold a "Temporary Residence Permit", "Marriage and Childbirth Certificate for Migrant Personnel", "Employment Card for Non-local Personnel", and a one-inch photo 8 Zhang, ID card and other original documents.

2. The ratio of male to female workers is 1:10. Priority will be given to those who have been engaged in plastic molding and coating operations.

3. The company provides free meals, no accommodation, and a monthly salary of 620 yuan. After employment, a contract will be signed and social security will be applied for.

4. The male and female workers must be between 18 and 25 years old (born before October 1986, naked eyesight is above 0.8), have a junior high school to high school education or above, and are above 1.60 meters tall for males and 1.55 meters tall for females. Above, good eyesight, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, strong acceptance ability, cooperate with two shifts of work, and obey the company's arrangements.

5. Salary is calculated based on 8 hours/day, and overtime will be charged separately. Overtime pay standard: 2.7 yuan/hour on weekdays and 3.6 yuan/hour on weekends. The comprehensive salary during the probation period is about 800 yuan/month. After the probation period, the comprehensive salary will be about 1,000 yuan depending on the position.

6. Qualification requirements for recruited personnel: No anti-party or anti-government remarks in politics, no bad social crimes or records of violating social security. Once found, the local government and enterprises will be able to take back the original place on their own, and the recruitment fees will be paid. If you do not return it, you will be responsible for the return trip.

3. Staff accommodation is arranged in a unified manner. Each room has about 6 to 8 people living in it. The monthly accommodation fee is paid by yourself, which is about 50 to 60 yuan per person per month. The accommodation is about ten minutes' walk from the company, and you need to bring your own daily necessities.

4. The one-time payment includes the transportation fee from Shanghai (or Suzhou) to the Kunshan factory of 350 yuan per person (the fare from Heilongjiang to Shanghai or Suzhou is at your own expense). Once the contract is signed, 50 yuan is paid in advance, and there is still money left. 50 is payable upon receipt of the first month’s salary.

5. After the personnel who need to enter the factory are identified, the personnel of the recruiting company will go to the site to conduct an on-site examination on the candidates, and after signing the employment contract, they will make unified arrangements to send them to the recruiting company.

6. We sign a responsibility letter with the local government or enterprise unit, and the individual signs a direct contract with the factory (labor contract). Both parties clarify their responsibilities, and the responsibility letter is signed annually.
