As a fresh graduate, what problems should I know from the employer when looking for a job?
At present, there are various job-seeking units in society. In order to avoid falling into the trap of job hunting and ensure the personal safety of job seekers, we should know some basic information of employers when applying for a job, so as to choose a better company.
So what problems do we need to know when communicating with employers? The following are some of my experience in finding a job over the years, hoping to bring you some reference.
First of all, make clear the content and details of the work, which is directly related to your future responsibilities. The work is not as simple as you think, so we must standardize the rights and responsibilities clearly so as not to suffer losses in the work.
1. Job Description: Many companies will give you a position, which sounds high, but it actually asks you to do some trivial things. As a job seeker, be sure to ask about the job content. The position given to you by many companies sounds like a good position, but it will actually make you do other things. This is the so-called handyman, and many companies are doing it now.
In order to save labor costs, they like to let employees wear several hats, not to mention other shortcomings. Working in such an environment, it is difficult to truly realize self-worth, and the work is too complicated, which may even affect work performance.
2. Work place and time: Be sure to ask about the work place during the interview. Because if the company has many branches in different places, it may work in different places. Candidates had better ask about the time of commuting and the limitation of overtime.
Secondly, salary and welfare is one of our most concerned aspects. Generally speaking, during the interview, the recruiter will take the initiative to explain the salary and benefits during the probation period and the formal employment period, but we still have to be alert to various traps.
1. Specific salary structure
In addition to the basic salary, you also need to know all kinds of subsidies+performance bonuses+benefits, how to pay five insurances and one gold, and what proportion?
For example, before joining the company, HR said that the salary was 12000 per month, but in fact it was 8000 basic salary +4000 performance/subsidy.
The basic salary is fixed, but the performance fluctuates, and the performance will change according to different grades every month. I may get 12000 this month, and I can only get 8000+2000 (performance) salary next month.
Will there be overtime pay after that? How to calculate? How to calculate the year-end bonus? Is there a fixed salary increase window and what is the usual salary increase?
We need to know these three points about five insurances and one gold.
Will you pay five insurances and one gold when you join the company? What is the base and proportion of five insurances and one gold? At the same time, confirm that the part that the company needs to pay will not be deducted from the salary.
In order to reduce costs, many companies pay you five insurances and one gold according to the minimum standards. For example, if you take 5K, the basic salary of 3K is based on 3K, and the basic salary of 5K is 5K. The more the company pays, the higher your cost will be. I don't need to explain social security.
3. Other treatments
Are there any opportunities for training and further study? How many days is the annual leave?
4. How is the company's rest system arranged? (know whether the company is taking a single break, a double break, or a transfer break, and also know the company's
Whether the national statutory holidays are a holiday)
In addition, we need to know more about the working environment and companies that can help us collect more information.
1. Does this position need to work overtime frequently? The purpose is to understand the intensity of work, but asking this question requires some skills, and it is best not to.
Let the other person think that you don't want to work overtime, even if this position doesn't require overtime-no boss doesn't like hard-working employees who can pay extra)
2. What activities do employers usually organize in their spare time? (The purpose is to understand the company's corporate culture and departmental working atmosphere)
In the final internship process, the internship period is also a very important link. Also ask questions carefully and make it clear. Don't be afraid of losing face and confusion.
Ask about the salary of the internship, the specific length of the internship, and whether the internship has social security. In particular, the probation period and the conditions for passing the probation period can prevent the company from not renewing you after the probation period. Some companies are very cunning. If they don't know the probation period and the criteria for passing the probation period in advance, they will deliberately postpone the probation period and exploit the legitimate rights and interests of employees during this period.
Finally, I want to tell you that if you have nothing to do, you should read more about the labor law and learn more about the law, so that in the process of finding a job, if you encounter infringement by the employer, it will not be too embarrassing. Anyway, when I was looking for a job, it was really a very difficult process, and everyone really needed more snacks.
