Zhejiang Museum is a purely public welfare institution under the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture. It is a comprehensive humanities museum integrating collection, display and research in Zhejiang Province. Due to the development needs of our library, five safety management personnel with full-time junior college (three years) or above are openly recruited for the society. First, the overall requirements of recruiters

Second, the recruitment position, number and conditions

3. Interview (35 points)

According to the written test results, the interview quota is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the registration index 1: 3 (if the last person who enters the interview according to the specified ratio is tied, they can enter the interview together, without any proportion restriction). The interview score is 100, which is equivalent to a comprehensive score of 35.

The interview mainly tests the applicant's job-hunting motivation, professional concept, expression, thinking, analytical judgment ability and professional basic knowledge. (The interview time and place will be notified separately)

(3) Employment procedures and methods

1. Determine the investigation object: according to the comprehensive evaluation score, select the investigation object from high score to low score.

2. Physical examination and examination. Organize physical examination for the personnel identified as the object of investigation (the physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial)) and investigation (refer to the Detailed Rules for Inspection of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial)).

3. Determine the candidates to be hired and publicize them. According to the investigation, the list of candidates to be hired is comprehensively determined and publicized on the website of Zhejiang Museum for 7 working days.

4. Employment. If there is no objection to the candidate after publicity, the approval and employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

(4) Others

1. If it is found during the inspection that the applicant's personal work experience, household registration, education and other related materials filled in at the time of registration are fraudulent, it will not be hired; Fresh graduates are designated as employment candidates, but if they can't finish their studies on time and obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.
