Why does the IRS recruit people every day?

Legal analysis: IRS recruits many people every year in the national civil service examination, which is the need of grass-roots national tax work and the need of natural attrition and more supplement of national tax staff.

Compared with other departments, the positions thrown out by the national tax are more at the grassroots level, and candidates are more willing to choose positions in other departments and institutions. Combined with the first reason, the number of people applying for national tax has also decreased.

Compared with the internal posts of national tax, the posts recruited by national tax cover almost all cities and counties in China every year, and the number of job applicants is always higher in the mainland than in the frontier, higher in developed areas than in backward areas, higher in first-tier cities than in second-tier cities, and higher in third-tier cities than in small counties. So, look at the jobs that no one can apply for, either the area is small, the environment is poor or the economy is backward.

Article 96 The legal persons of organs, rural collective economic organizations, urban-rural cooperative economic organizations and grass-roots mass autonomous organizations as mentioned in this section are special legal persons.

Article 97 An organ with independent funds and a statutory body that undertakes administrative functions shall, from the date of its establishment, have the status of an organ as a legal person and may engage in civil activities necessary for performing their duties.

Article 98 If a legal person organ is revoked, the legal person shall be terminated, and its civil rights and obligations shall be enjoyed and assumed by the succeeding legal person organ. If there is a legal person inheritance organ, it shall be enjoyed and borne by the legal person organ that made the decision of revocation.
