A few days ago, Beijing Domestic Service Association awarded a license to a star-rated unit, and the city awarded the first five-star domestic service enterprise.

Since last year, our city has taken the lead in establishing a star rating system for domestic service agencies in China, and rated domestic service agencies as one to five stars. Four-star and five-star domestic companies need to establish and implement a standardized consumption management system, have a detailed customer file and service standard system, conduct customer satisfaction evaluation every month, and participate in social welfare activities more than twice a year.

This year, after on-site audit of 20 domestic service agencies, it was finally determined that 1 home meets the five-star standard, two meet the four-star standard, 12 meet the three-star standard and five meet the two-star standard. Together with the 18 star-rated institutions recognized last year, the number of star-rated domestic service institutions in this city will reach 38, including five-star 1 home, five four-star, 23 three-star and nine two-star.
