3. Qualification examination

According to the application materials received, Shanghai Youth League School organizes the personnel department to conduct qualification examination and select the best candidates. Those who pass the examination will receive a notice of quasi-examination, and those who fail the examination will not be notified separately.

4. written test

The written test is organized by Shanghai Youth League School according to the requirements of the registration position (entrusted by a third-party professional organization).

Generally speaking, the test ratio is 1:5. For positions with strong professionalism and high post qualification requirements, the proportion may be appropriately adjusted, but it shall not be less than 1:3.

Recruitment will be terminated for positions that fail to reach the examination proportion. Those who pass the examination and apply for the position can apply for other qualified positions if they meet the registration conditions for other positions.

The minimum qualified score for entering the interview is the average score of the candidates who participated in this written test.
