The general steps of CCB recruitment are: initial test-written test-interview-physical examination-final selection.

First of all, the first meeting is a self-introduction in a few words. The number of people eliminated depends on the number of people who sign up.

Then there is the written test, including English reading, math application questions, and some civil service examination questions. It's not how many points you reach before you can enter the interview, but the candidates who enter the interview are determined from high to low. The written test will eliminate most people, and the rest is about three times the number of recruits.

Then there was the interview, and more than half of them were eliminated. About 65438+ 0.5 times the number of recruits.

Finally, the physical examination, in fact, this time people have already chosen. For example, recruit 5 people, maybe 8 people to have a physical examination. If it is determined that there is something wrong with the physical examination of these five people, the remaining three people will be replaced. Therefore, it is not necessarily completely safe to notify the medical examination.

The candidate will be finalized about a week after the medical examination.
