How does the power supply bureau charge?
Electricity charge is the electricity consumption of enterprises, units and individuals in a certain period of time.
Specific classification of electricity consumption:
(1) industrial electricity consumption. Enterprises engaged in the production and operation of industrial products (services) with electricity as the initial energy source use physical, chemical, biological and other technologies to process and maintain all the electricity needed for functional activities. Receivers whose total receiving transformer capacity is below 3 15kVA are called general industrial power consumption. The capacity of receiving transformer is more than 3 15kVA, and it is called a large industrial power consumer.
(2) Commercial electricity consumption. In the process of circulation, all the electricity needed by enterprises to engage in commodity exchange (including organizing the circulation of production materials) and provide paid services to customers for profit is called commercial electricity.
(3) Residents' electricity consumption. The electricity used by urban residents for normal household life at home includes household lighting, household appliances and temperature regulation (but the business electricity used for holding family enterprises should be classified as commercial electricity). (4) Electricity for irrigation and drainage in paddy fields. Refers to the power used by farms or rural farmers for irrigation and drainage of rice fields (including fixed electric irrigation and drainage stations and temporary electric pumps for irrigation and drainage of rice fields).
(5) Electricity consumption for agricultural production. Electricity used in rural areas, farms or agricultural production bases is used for electric tillage, well drilling, irrigation and pumping (except irrigation and drainage in paddy fields), fertilizer accumulation, seedling raising, insect catching, non-operating farmers' food processing and livestock feed processing, planting or cultivating fruit trees, vegetables, afforestation, livestock breeding, aquaculture and fishing.
(6) Non-industrial electricity consumption. Refers to the electricity consumption classified as non-industrial electricity consumption other than the above-mentioned electricity consumption. Including: commercial transportation (except railway transportation, road transportation, water transportation, civil aviation, urban public transportation and loading and unloading of electric traction locomotives), post and telecommunications, electricity for construction and installation, electricity for geological exploration, production and operation, hospitals, schools, cultural and educational institutions, non-profit media organizations, government agencies, social organizations, municipal electricity and military electricity.
(7) According to the Notice of the Price Bureau and the Education Department on Forwarding the National Development and Reform Commission and the Education Department on Issues Related to the Price of Water, Electricity and Electricity in Schools, with the approval of the relevant state departments, the electricity consumption for school teaching and students' life in public and private schools organized by the government and its relevant departments, social organizations and individual citizens will be implemented according to the residential electricity price from June 5438+0.
