Train drivers in this section are employed by contract workers and regular workers. Huang Shuo Railway (a part of Huang Shen Railway) starts from Shenchi South Station in Shenchi County, Shanxi Province in the west, connects with Shenshuo Railway, and ends at Huanghua Port Freight Yard in Huanghua City, Hebei Province in the east.
