1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), support the leadership of China, love socialism, have good political morality, have the idea of serving the people, and abide by the law;

3. The age is above 18 years old (1born on or before June 3, 1997) and below 35 years old (1born on or after June 3, 1979). Master's and doctoral students (non-in-service) with intermediate titles or above, demobilized noncommissioned officers in Liuzhi Special Zone, dependents of troops stationed in Liuzhi Special Zone, and the age of secretary, deputy secretary, director and deputy director of Party branch in Liuzhi Special Zone Village (rural community) can be relaxed to 40 years old (born on or after June 3,1974);

4. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

5. Among the special staff, the "Three Supports and One Support" plan, "Selecting and Transferring College Graduates to Work in Villages (Rural Communities)" (one college student in each village) and "College Students Volunteer Service in the West" plan can only apply for the exam after two years of accumulated service on June 3, 20 15, and "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage". Retired university student soldiers can only apply for the exam on June 3, 20 15, and the secretary, deputy secretary, director and deputy director of the village (rural community) party branch working in Liuzhi Special Zone can only apply for the exam when their term expires on June 3, 20 15.
