5. The employing unit signs an employment contract with the stripping personnel and goes through the formal employment formalities at the relevant talent service center.

6. After passing the examination, assessment and physical examination, if there is no objection after 7 days of publicity, the employing unit or its competent department shall put forward employment opinions and report them to the personnel department for the record. In line with the employment conditions, the personnel department shall issue the Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions, and handle the relevant procedures such as transfer and dispatch with the Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions. Both parties shall sign employment contracts and establish personnel relations as required. The employed personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations, and they will be formally employed after the expiration of the probation period. Those who fail to meet the requirements will terminate the employment contract. The probation period generally does not exceed 3 months; Under special circumstances, it can be extended, but the longest period shall not exceed 6 months. The probation period can be extended to 12 months (including the employment period) if the employed personnel are college graduates.

7. Relevant formalities shall be handled when the institution joins the job: the original and photocopy of the household registration book, and if the employee is agricultural registered permanent residence, it shall be handled first.
