2. Organization Department. Following the Organization Department, progress is made every year, and it does not happen out of nowhere. Because the organization department is convenient for managing cadres, promotions are relatively quick. If you have the opportunity, joining the organization department is also a good choice. However, the work in the Organization Department is very demanding, requires a lot of overtime, does not have certain writing skills, and cannot endure hardship, so it is best not to go.

3. Discipline Inspection Commission. In the current environment, it goes without saying much about the role and status of the Discipline Inspection Commission. In recent years, local disciplinary inspection departments have recruited a large number of people both inside and outside the system every year. Because there are many positions, many positions, and the strength of the unit, promotions are generally relatively quick. The fourth is the core business department. This is the skeleton of the unit, supporting its image and social status. Those who can work in core business departments and serve as the main person in charge are basically candidates for promotion.
