Four. Rights and obligations of Party A

6. Under any of the following circumstances, Party A has the right to terminate the contract and dismiss Party B: (1) Party B commits illegal acts; (2) Party B causes significant property losses to Party A in the process of domestic service; (3) Party B's work is passive and slack, or Party B is incompetent in domestic service; (4) Party A finds that Party B is ill and is not suitable for further employment;

7. Party A has the right to hold Party B responsible for the losses caused to Party A by Party B's intentional or gross negligence in domestic service.
