Not moving. Puyang, called Diqiu and Kaizhou in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Henan Province. Located in the northeast of Henan Province, at the junction of Hebei, Shandong and Henan provinces in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, it faces Jining and Heze in Shandong across the river in the east and south, Liaocheng and Taian in Shandong in the northeast, Handan in Hebei in the north, Anyang in Henan in the west and Xinxiang in Henan in the southwest.
