According to the current policy, the legal retirement age of enterprise employees is 60 for men, 50 for women and 55 for female cadres.

Retirement conditions: staff and professional technicians of public institutions (including employment years 10 years) shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Men over 60 years of age, women over 55 years of age, working years 10 years;

(2) Having completely lost the ability to work.

Article 6 The staff of a public institution shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:

The retirement age of women is generally lower than that of men.
