1993- 1996: I need to go out to work because I am preparing to organize funds, and I am engaged in production management in many Taiwan-funded enterprises in Dongguan. During this period, I personally experienced and witnessed many incidents of labor abuse, so I decided to set up a migrant workers' association in Dongguan, but it was not approved. Later, in June 5438+0995 and June 5438+00, with the support of Dongguan Fucheng Federation of Trade Unions, a grass-roots trade union was established in Weifeng Shoes Factory, a large Taiwan-funded enterprise, as the general convener. Because the trade union was finally not recognized and supported by the enterprise, it was forced to dissolve and leave.

1996-2000: Chetang Village Youth Mutual Aid Association was approved to be established, and it served as the president during its return to Hunan. Organize like-minded youth to develop rural economy, promote agriculture through science and technology, and take the road of common prosperity. And contracted the farm in the village, mobilized the members of the mutual aid association to engage in aquaculture together, and practiced the ideal of revitalizing the hometown economy and getting rich together with practical actions. But two years later, he was engaged in transportation because of a large number of unsalable losses in agricultural products.

2002-2003: worked in an electronics factory in Baoan District, Shenzhen. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and improve their working conditions, the factory set up a trade union again, but it failed because of the obstruction of enterprises. In 2002, he was injured at work, and he left his job because the company refused to pay the follow-up medical expenses and disability compensation.

2004-2006: Initiated the establishment of Shenzhen Migrant Workers Association, a workers' rights protection organization independent of the government and enterprises, and served as the director of the Committee. Later, in May, 2005, Feng Chun Labor Dispute Service Department was established as an economic entity, and the development mode of combining paid service with free service was implemented. It mainly provides public welfare services such as legal aid, legal training, culture and entertainment for migrant workers. Later, in response to the suggestion of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress, he launched a signature campaign of 10,000 people twice, demanding the abolition of labor arbitration fees and reducing the cost of workers' rights protection. Under the pressure of foreign media reports, Shenzhen Migrant Workers Association was banned by Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau on June165438+1October 9, 2006.

2007-present: After the former Shenzhen Migrant Workers' Association was banned, it was started by the Labor Dispute Service Department of Feng Chun, Shenzhen through industrial and commercial registration, and began to receive funding from the Foundation in April 2007. In 2008, we started to set up offices in Chang 'an Town and Tangxia Town of Dongguan. On August 20 10, Dongguan New Workers Service Department was established as the director of the service department. On March 20 1 1, the service department of women workers of the times was launched as a senior consultant. It mainly provides migrant workers with legal advice, legal aid, legal and occupational safety training, factory inspection, work-related injury visits, as well as public welfare services such as book lending, film and television appreciation, entertainment and making friends. At present, he is the chairman of Feng Chun Labor Dispute Service Department, the director of Dongguan New Workers Service Department, and the senior consultant of Times Women Workers Service Department.
