What does a resident clerk do?

The work of the resident clerk is:

1. Register visiting customers at the factory and do a good job of docking with relevant personnel;

2. Grasp the real estate sales situation and update the housing information in time, and share the information with other relevant staff;

3. Actively communicate with developers and maintain a good cooperative relationship.

4. Do a good job in customer reception, ensure that the reception process is carried out according to the company's requirements, and actively promote customer signing;

5. Collect project advance payment in time, collate transaction data every day, and communicate with superiors in time when encountering problems;

6, control the scene, timely and accurately answer customer questions, in case of disputes need to be properly handled, responsible for the follow-up of the project.

Job requirements:

1, college degree or above, familiar with the use of office software.

2. Careful, friendly and flexible. Basic salary plus commission (70% civilian +30% business function), no performance requirements.
