To formulate policies to protect workers' rights and interests involving the coordination of labor relations and the adjustment of economic structure; Formulate the implementation norms of labor contract and collective contract system; Formulate policies to eliminate illegal use of child labor and special labor protection policies for female workers and underage workers, and guide the formulation of labor standards; To formulate macro-control policies for the distribution of wages and income of enterprise employees, and guide and supervise the management of total wages of state-owned enterprises and the distribution of wages and income of enterprise leaders; To undertake the work of the tripartite conference office for coordinating labor relations in the whole region; Responsible for handling personnel dispute cases of civil servants and institutions; Responsible for handling labor disputes between regional enterprises and their employees, as well as between organs, institutions, social organizations, private non-enterprise units and their employees who have signed labor contracts; Responsible for the professional guidance, supervision and prevention of labor dispute cases in the whole region.
