Yingde city Hong Ying Industrial Park was established in August 2008. Hong Ying Park Management Committee is an agency of the yingde city Municipal Government. The original planned total area is 73.8 square kilometers. The master plan was jointly completed by Wuhan University Design and Research Institute and China Zhong Jian Construction Group.

Up to now, there are 49 enterprises in Yinghongyuan, including 9 in production, 30 under construction and 10 under construction, and 23 projects with a total investment of over 100 million yuan.

The park will focus on the guiding principle of implementing the bridgehead strategy, conscientiously implement the requirements of the municipal party Committee and municipal government on accelerating the pace of development and construction of the park, and strive to promote the park projects to be put into production. It is estimated that there will be about 20 new factory building capping projects (including no less than 10 production projects) and about 10 new construction projects.
