After receiving the application for running a school, the examination and approval authority shall handle it in accordance with the following procedures:

1. review: the examination and approval authority conducts formal review of the application materials for the proposed training school according to regulations.

2. Investigation: If the application procedures meet the requirements, the application materials are complete and the basic conditions for running a school meet the requirements, experts will be organized to conduct on-the-spot investigations.

3. Certification: The training schools that have passed the examination and approval shall be issued with the License for Running Private Education in People's Republic of China (PRC) by the examination and approval authority.

4. A training school established upon examination and approval shall, in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, go to the local price department for the record, open an account in a bank, and engrave a seal in the public security department with the school license, the documents approved for establishment and the certificate issued by the education administrative department. The seal style shall be reported to the examination and approval authority for the record. At the same time, go to the civil affairs department to register the qualification of private non-enterprise legal person.
