The recruitment stage of the ICBC Talent Recruitment Network is slightly different from the actual situation.
This recruitment is open to fresh graduates in 2016. The recruitment positions and related instructions are as follows:
(1) Management trainee. A management trainee training program is implemented for some newly recruited college students, with the goal of cultivating reserve talents in the fields of business management, professional management, and marketing management. According to the different training directions and training focuses, four-stage training plans including counter training, marketing practice, management internship, and in-depth professional training will be implemented in four years. During this period, strict assessment, certification, selection and elimination management mechanisms will be implemented.
After the training period, based on the management trainees’ learning practice, assessment performance, etc., they will be selected into grassroots organization management positions, junior and intermediate professional positions, and junior and intermediate sales positions. The specific arrangements will be coordinated by the institution where they work. Arrange positions to be filled.
(2) General positions. They are mainly general talents in professional, sales and operational positions in our bank.
(3) Teller positions. Targeted counter service personnel are mainly engaged in counter service work at the urban or county business outlets of each branch.
(4)95588 customer service representative. Mainly engaged in telephone customer service work in our bank's electronic banking center and credit card telephone service center.

3. Recruitment procedures
(1) Online registration. The specific registration period is September 19-October 18, 2015. Applicants are asked to register and log in to the official recruitment website of our bank, fill in their resume online, and complete the job application. Please prepare one electronic ID photo and one daily life photo in JPEG, GIF or JPG format in advance. The size of the ID photo should be within 30k and the size is 100*140; the size of the daily life photo should be within 80k and the size is 320*240.
(2) Qualification review. Each organization will review the qualifications of the applicants based on the recruitment conditions, and select the candidates who are shortlisted for the written examination based on the distribution of job requirements and registration status.
(3) Written test. In mid-November 2015, unified written examinations were organized in 38 cities across the country.
(4) Interview, physical examination, and contract signing. Each institution will organize it on its own and will notify you later, so please pay attention in time.
(5) Recruitment. The list of candidates to be recruited will be announced on our official website.
