Generally speaking, Hui people get extra points in the college entrance examination and less points in finding a job.

I suggest that if you can change other nationalities, you change them. Because after the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Hui people were originally divided by the state according to their belief in Islam and incorporated by other ethnic groups.
