Who can sign up for bank recruitment?

There are three types of bank applicants, namely, fresh graduates, social workers and international students.

(1) Freshmen: Students who graduated in 20021and those who have not completed their work within two years after graduation (no social security payment record) and can show proof of delayed dispatch can apply as freshmen.

(2) On-the-job social workers: People who have already worked, whether they are currently leaving or on-the-job, can apply for being on-the-job social workers. For example, those who have government work experience, bank work experience, and work experience in state-owned enterprises and institutions can apply for the exam. Social employees need to communicate and coordinate with the current unit to apply for the exam, and the follow-up may involve the unit issuing a statement of consent to apply for the exam and other related materials.

(3) Returned overseas students: These people can apply if their qualifications for studying abroad meet the certification qualification of the Ministry of Education.

Bank recruitment can be divided into campus recruitment and social recruitment according to the target of recruitment. Because the recruitment conditions of social recruitment are relatively high and the number of recruits is relatively small, the ordinary employees of the bank basically enter the bank through campus recruitment.

Freshmen can participate in bank recruitment through autumn recruitment and spring recruitment.

Bank recruitment can be divided into autumn recruitment and spring recruitment according to recruitment time. Autumn recruitment: the bank organizes a large-scale campus recruitment every September to 65438+February, that is, autumn recruitment. Autumn is the best time for fresh graduates to apply for the exam, because there are many people, regions and positions. Spring recruitment: after the autumn recruitment, the bank will fill the vacant areas and positions in March-May of the following year, which is also the spring recruitment.

The number of people, regions and positions recruited in spring are relatively small, and the candidates mainly failed in autumn recruitment, postgraduate entrance examination and national examination. In addition to autumn recruitment and spring recruitment, individual banks may also hold summer recruitment in individual years. For example, Bank of China organized a summer recruitment in June 2006+2065438. But neither spring nor summer can be compared with the scale of autumn.
