Luohe 35 15 Leather Shoes Factory (formerly China People's Liberation Army 35 15 Factory) is a large-scale military backbone enterprise with a history of 50 years, engaged in tanning, shoemaking, pelletizing, rubber products and shoe material manufacturing.

For half a century, the factory has been responsible for producing standard products such as leather shoes, belts, paratroopers' belts, holsters, fittings leather, baskets, volleyball, football, etc. for the military and armed police forces, and has made positive contributions to the modernization of military logistics equipment.
