First, always pay attention to teaching supervision to help daily teaching

This semester, we will continue the working idea of "three combinations" of teaching management and teaching supervision: First, we will combine regular teaching inspection with supervision and patrol. Adhere to the combination of teaching inspection with a team member and a counselor every day and the patrol class of the college supervisor at least once a week. Immediately pay attention to the attendance of teachers and students in each class, strictly ask for leave, and put an end to teachers' private transfer of classes and students' truancy. Second, the combination of team members, supervisors and teachers. Teaching supervisors are required to attend classes at least once a week, team members and the director of the teaching and research section attend classes at least 6-8 times per semester, and teachers attend classes at least 4 times per semester. Everyone should learn from each other's strong points and make progress. The third is the combination of curriculum reform and students' vocational skills development. In order to further promote the education and teaching reform of our college and prepare for the 221 Henan Higher Vocational Education Skills Competition, our college held various kinds of students' vocational skills competitions in March and April, such as accounting counting, engineering drawing, job advertisement design, marketing poster making and commodity introduction. The competition requires all students from all majors to participate and select at different levels, and finally recommends all professional players to participate in the college-level professional competition. At present, various competitions are in full swing.

second, develop skills training and standardize the writing of teaching plans

on March 11th, our college and the Academic Affairs Office jointly held a training on improving the teaching ability of young teachers in our school. The theme of this training is "How to write a good lesson plan", which is given by Yuan Jie, vice president and supervisor of our college.

Third, hold teaching competitions to improve teaching quality

In order to further implement the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform, deepen the reform of "Three Education", focus on the classroom revolution, and comprehensively improve the teaching level of teachers, our college held a teaching skill competition on March 31st. This competition has been highly valued by college leaders and all teachers. According to the principle of "full participation", each teacher carefully studied the competition plan, carefully prepared, submitted the teaching plan and courseware for the competition, and the teaching and research sections of various majors selected excellent entries for the competition. During the competition, the participating teachers innovated teaching methods and means according to the characteristics of the courses taught, effectively integrated the ideological and political elements of the courses, and showed the good manners of young teachers in the School of Economics and Management.
