According to the Ministry of Labor and Personnel Labor and Human Resources [1985] No. 6 "Regarding the Regulations by Supervisors In the spirit of "Notice on the Approval of Early Retirement Work Types by the Department" and based on the actual situation of the water conservancy and electric power system, 36 types of heavy physical labor and toxic and harmful work types such as "boiler operation duty workers" are determined to be early retirement types of work. The "Name List of Thirty-Six Early Retirement Job Types in the Water Conservancy and Electric Power System" is now sent to you. Please follow it and implement it, and add the following provisions:
1. The retirement age for early retirement jobs is: 55 for men Those who are 45 years old for women and meet one of the following conditions can apply for retirement:
(1) Those who have been engaged in high-altitude and particularly heavy physical labor for a total of ten years;
(2) Those who have been engaged in underground or high-temperature work for a total of nine years;
(3) Those who have been engaged in other work harmful to health for a total of eight years.
2. For employees who meet the requirements of this notice for early retirement, if their physical condition is proved by hospital examination to be still competent for this type of work, and they apply to extend their retirement age, the retirement age can be extended appropriately with the approval of the organization. However, the extension period shall not exceed three years at most.
3. Employees who meet the provisions of Article 1 and have changed types of work shall, in principle, follow the retirement age regulations of the current type of work. If you apply in person and with the approval of the organization, you can also apply for early retirement.
4. This notice shall be effective from January 1, 1988. The previously approved types of early retirement work will continue to be implemented.
