Why do middle schools recruit a large number of class teachers?

Because the students in technical secondary school belong to the middle and lower classes, the courses before attending technical secondary school are basically muddled along. Such students have accumulated experience in dealing with teachers, which eventually leads to the situation that teachers can't manage such student problems. Many teachers are unwilling to be class teachers, so technical secondary schools recruit a large number of class teachers!
