Applicants should have the following qualifications:

1, has the nationality of China people and supports the Constitution of China people.

2. Have good moral and ideological and political qualities, strong sense of responsibility and professional ability, and physical and psychological qualities to perform their duties normally.

3. Production personnel should have a high school education or above and obtain a diploma. In principle, it is 18 to 30 years old.

4. The trainees should meet the requirements that they have not been employed for two years or 18 to 24 years old after graduation from junior college or secondary vocational school and have high school education or above.

5. Applicants who meet the qualifications of trainees and production personnel at the same time should be recruited as trainees.

6. Meet the qualifications required by the recruitment position.

7. Obey the work and location arrangement of Yunnan Jiaotou Group and Zhaotong Management Office.

Non-employment:

1. The candidate to be hired does not meet the requirements in any recruitment link such as examination, written examination, interview, physical examination and publicity.

2. Those who are not allowed to register.

3. According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Contract Law, those who have signed a labor contract and are still in the contract period must submit the original contract cancellation certificate and resignation registration form or the original unemployment certificate issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to Zhaotong Management Office within the time specified by Zhaotong Management Office. Failure to submit according to the regulations shall be deemed as automatic waiver of employment qualification.

4. After the employment notice is issued, the personnel to be employed shall report with relevant materials within the specified time. Those who fail to report for duty within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their employment qualification automatically.

5. The candidate to be hired exists in a business-run enterprise, holds shares in an unlisted enterprise, and is employed by an unlisted enterprise; Or enterprises run by close relatives or special related parties invest in shares or serve as senior executives, and have business dealings or related transactions with wholly-owned, holding or shareholding companies affiliated to Yunnan Jiaotou Group.

6. Persons who are not allowed to be employed according to national laws and regulations, Yunnan Jiaotou Group or Zhaotong Management Office.
