At present, the epidemic situation in our city is grim. In order to do a good job in urban epidemic prevention accurately and efficiently, we hereby further strengthen the social control notice during the epidemic in the main urban area of Shaoyang City as follows:

First, strict traffic control. Except for military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances, medical vehicles, engineering rescue vehicles, official vehicles with passes from the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters, security vehicles and special circumstances, other motor vehicles are prohibited from driving on the road. The drivers and passengers of the above-mentioned passable vehicles must hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours or a nucleic acid sampling certificate within 36 hours. Passenger lines and city buses are suspended in the main city, and taxis and network cars are not allowed to operate.

Second, strictly control the flow of personnel. All residents are not allowed to go out except to participate in nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner. It is forbidden to flow in public areas such as streets, communities and social areas, and one person per household goes downstairs to buy living materials every day. People who need to go in and out because of epidemic prevention work must check the "two yards" to verify their identity.

Third, strictly control key places. Hospitals, pharmacies, water, electricity, oil and gas shops operate normally, life supermarkets operate in an orderly manner, other business premises are closed, and all gathering activities are stopped.

Fourth, do a good job in serving the masses. Party and government organs and institutions, in addition to arranging necessary personnel on duty, the rest are all volunteers, participating in the epidemic prevention work in the local community and obeying the unified arrangements of the community. All streets and community neighborhood committees should implement the responsibility of epidemic prevention to residential quarters, courtyards and buildings. Owners' committees and property management companies should strictly control their respective areas of responsibility, and must check nucleic acid detection within 24 hours or check nucleic acid sampling within 36 hours. Those who disobey management and violate epidemic prevention and control regulations shall be investigated for legal responsibility by public security organs in strict accordance with the law.
