In 2020, after checking with Xisanqi Street, Haidian District Urban Service Management Command Center in Beijing replied to the problem of Xisanqi Building Materials South Gate shantytown project. The property here is Jinyu Dacheng Property Management Co., Ltd., and the transformation of state-owned enterprises and shanty towns is handed over to Jinyu Group. The demolition of the North Gate of Xisanqi Building Materials has been completed, and the time of the demolition of the South Gate was not disclosed by Haidian District Urban Service Management Command Center and Jinyu Group as of September 16, 2022 due to the land ownership problem. Therefore, there is no demolition time at the south gate of Xisanqi Building Materials.
