In order to implement the requirements of the State Council Audit and Reform Office and National Standards Committee on promoting the standardization of administrative licensing, deepen the reform of "simplifying administration and decentralization, strengthening supervision and improving services" in our city, promote the transformation of government functions, improve administrative efficiency, accelerate the construction of "one valley and three districts" and realize "two in the forefront", the office of the leading group for the reform of administrative examination and approval system of the municipal government, in accordance with the Administrative Licensing Law and other laws and regulations and the series of the State Council and provincial governments on canceling and adjusting administrative licensing matters. After examination and demonstration, the municipal government decided to cancel the municipal level 12 administrative licensing items; The municipal level retains administrative licensing items 144 (examination and approval items at the municipal level 106, and 38 examination and approval items at the municipal and county levels).

All counties, districts and relevant departments should conscientiously do a good job in the implementation and convergence of administrative licensing items cancelled at the municipal level, strengthen organizational leadership, clarify work responsibilities, strengthen follow-up supervision, and avoid a regulatory vacuum. Seriously do a good job in sorting out and optimizing the reserved administrative licensing items, further improve the efficiency of examination and approval, and realize the administrative licensing process management norms, service norms, acceptance site construction management norms, supervision and inspection evaluation norms.

If the previously announced administrative licensing items are inconsistent with those announced in this decision, this decision shall prevail.
